Out of the Mouths of Babes

Yesterday when we were outside enjoying our new grass, I was complaining about the bazillion flies in our back yard.

Kate said,
"I am going to kick those flies in the heck!"

A lovely combination of several phrases I use regularly but probably shouldn't.

Boys Will Be Boys, Will Be Boys!

I was sitting on the floor getting little Jonas, who was standing in front of me, dressed. He turns around, aims his butt at me and farts. He turns back around and laughs as I continue to dress him. Lordy! I guess they are born that way.

The Big Day!

Today was the first Spring training game in the Goodyear Stadium. Cleveland Indians vs. San Francisco Giants. It was a beautiful day for baseball and the field looked fabulous.

John doing the 6th inning drag.

Jonas and the boss's girls with the Cleveland Indians mascot. I think his name is Slider. Possibly the most hideous mascot I have ever seen, but hey, what can you do when the real mascot is named Chief Wahoo?

Kate and Emma

Slider taking a swig from Jonas' sippy.

Kids on the train.

After the game John played with the kids on the wiffle ball field.

We came home sunburned and tired, but it was a perfect baseball day.

Ah, My Little Princess

Kate woke up this morning and came out of her room singing. "Someday I'll be part of your world."
